My prices are based on the photographic coverage required on your wedding day. I usually start earlier in the day with the bridal preparation and stay right through to capture your First Dance and your friends and family enjoying the evening celebrations.
The price list offers you a simple choice to tailor a package that suits your needs. The prices are fully inclusive, individual editing/finishing of all images and a password protected on line gallery for guests to both view and purchase images if required.
I have separated the initial capture and processing fee from the products so that all clients can ensure high quality professional wedding images, whatever their budget or need for albums.
You may decide to choose an album or simply purchase all your images on DVD, so that you can print unlimited copies for both family and friends. Whatever your choice, all my clients will receive a free professional album ‘design’ on their disc, to give them a good start when choosing their own images. The disc will also contain an extra folder of stunning black and white conversions. A private on line web gallery is also provided free for 6 months, for your family and friends to view and purchase images if they wish.
The very popular optional extra’s such as the unique Parent Gift Boxes (£50 each) and the ‘Photo Fun Booth’ guest entertainment package (£250) can be added to any booking as required and the ‘Parent Boxes’ are included as complimentary gifts with the Platinum Coverage.

Gold Coverage
8 hours Extended coverage of Bridal preparation, ceremony, reception, speeches, First Dance - £995

- Special Gold Package Price – to include extended coverage, DVD of all your images and album - £1850
Platinum Coverage
10 hours Full coverage to include Bridal preparation, ceremony, reception, speeches, First Dance and full evening celebrations - £1,200
Then add your choice of:
- DVD with licence to print for family and friends – (approx 500 images) £600
- Beautiful bespoke designed album – from £395 (10% discount given if disc has also been purchased)
- Special Platinum Package Price – to include full coverage, DVD of all your images and album – £2055

Platinum PLUS! – £2,400 “This ultimate ‘package’ includes two complimentary Parent Gift Boxes and the Fun Booth entertainment for your evening guests!”
Further hours available and charged at £100/hour (to also include the extra images on disc).

Terms & Conditions
It is agreed that the following terms set out the total agreement made between the parties and that no variation or modification of this contract shall be effective unless agreed by both parties in writing.
Booking Fee The Booking Fee assures the time and services of the Photographer for the wedding and is non-refundable or transferable in the event of cancellation, it being the agreed loss suffered by the photographer due to cancellation. Cancellation less than 12 weeks before the wedding will result in the payment in full. All cancellations must be in writing. Weddings that are postponed to a later date will retain the fee as long as the photographer can re-schedule for the new date and time.
Payments Following payment of the booking fee, balance of fees due is to be paid 28 days prior to the wedding. No photographs will be delivered until all payments due have been paid in full. Payment for additional images is to be made when they are ordered.
Display The Photographer may display any photographs included in this contract in her studio, portfolio, literature, display areas, exhibitions, competitions, advertising or slide shows.
Images When the client purchases a DVD of their images, the image size will be of a high resolution to allow for large re-prints to be made. A pleasing colour balance will be achieved but cannot guarantee exact colour matching owing to anomalous reflectance of certain dyes and materials, especially man-made fibres. It is sometimes impossible to record on film the exact colour as seen by the human eye. The Photographer cannot guarantee the quality of prints from any other supplier. The final number of images will be approximate depending on the vagaries of the event covered.
Retouching Standard retouching, digital manipulation and artist finishing is included in the quoted price. Further specialised digital retouching is available to the Client as an optional extra.
Reorders All reorders shall be treated as an extension of this contract and no responsibility for error will be accepted unless orders are given in writing.
Copyright Any images or copies of images, whether stored digitally or otherwise and any computer program, including any source or object code, computer files or printed documentation relating to such images are protected by the Copyright and Design Act 1988. It is contrary to the Act to copy or allow to be copied photographically/electronically or by any other means an image created as part of this contract without the permission of the Photographer in writing. All images placed on the web must be accompanied by a credit to the Photographer.
Licence The Photographer shall be granted licence in relation to the poses photographed and the locations used. The Photographers judgement regarding the locations/poses and number of images taken shall be deemed correct. Due to the vagaries of the weather and the willingness of subjects, it may not be possible to capture all the images requested.
Requested Photographs The photographer will honour requests for specific photographs subject to the following: weather and time permitting, availability and the co-operation of the person(s) concerned. All such requested photographs must form part of the client’s final wedding written instructions.
Weather and/or Delays Weather permitting; the photographs will be taken as agreed. In the event of inclement weather, the photographer, in co-operation with the Client, will make the necessary changes to the schedule and will do their best to produce coverage of the wedding within the time allocated to them. Similarly, when delays occur due to circumstances outside their control, the photographer will stay beyond the agreed time but will charge an extra fee (£100/hour) for the extra time involved.
Coverage The photographer cannot be held responsible for the lack of coverage caused by the bride, bridegroom or other members of the wedding party not being ready on time, nor by restrictions placed on the photographer by officials of the church, register office or licensed marriage venue. The final number and style of images may vary dependent on the number of and co-operation of the wedding party and guests. Unless otherwise specified, the coverage will be of a natural, photo-journalistic style with some requested groups.
Force majeure or Act of God The due performance of this contract is subject to alteration or cancellation by either party owing to any cause beyond their control.
Attendance Travel and any parking fees incurred will be billed accordingly (@ £1/mile). A meal should be provided for Gold and Platinum coverage.
In the unlikely event of Justine Ferrari being unable to attend your wedding due to unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to appoint another photographer to attend your wedding on our behalf to undertake the wedding photography.
Limitation of Liability In the unlikely event of a total photographic failure or cancellation of this contract by either party or in any other circumstance, the liability of one party to the other shall be limited to the total value of the contract. Neither party shall be liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Cancellation The Client may cancel this contract at any time by giving written notice to The Photographer but in doing so shall forfeit any monies paid. Should cancellation be received by the Photographer less than 12 weeks prior to the date of the ceremony, the client shall pay the full contract value for photographic services but will not be charged for any albums planned and any deposit paid for albums will be refunded. The said sum shall be payable as compensation as an estimate of the loss the Photographer would suffer.
Negatives/Digital Files Negatives/Digital files remain the property of the Photographer. A DVD of client files is supplied with a licence to make prints for private use only.
Albums A complimentary album design will be included on all clients DVD’s and one re-draft is included in the quoted cost. Further changes are charged at £25/hour. Albums which form part of a discounted package are not refundable and must be ordered within 12 months of the wedding. Albums must be collected in person from Justine Ferrari or a courier booked by the client to collect at your convenience but at your risk.
Print Orders The photographer will be happy to provide reprints of images prepared to the same high standards of quality as the original set for the Client. Photographic orders will only be processed when full payment of orders is received. Photographs will be dispatched on completion of order approximately two weeks from receipt of payment. If a mistake occurs on an order due to an oversight by the customer, then any photograph to be reprinted will be charged to the customer at current reprint prices.
Prices Prices for photography quoted are fully inclusive and not subject to VAT. Additional costs incurred for travel over 60 miles radius, parking and entrance fees will be billed accordingly (see Attendance)
Complaints Any complaints should first be raised by the client with the Photographer in writing within 21 days from the date of receipt of images. In the unlikely event of an unresolved complaint, the Client may request the Society of Wedding and Portrait Photographers to mediate but only on the basis that its decision shall be final and binding upon both parties.
